It all started in 2004 after a few petty squabbles with a female Ukrainian neighbour in a workers’ hostel in Paris, where I was to stay on a temporary basis i.e until I found new, permanent lodgings. During the last quarter of 2003 my neighbour and myself were really good friends showing mutual respect and always taking care not to upset each other. Unfortunately, things started to change from mid-January 2004 onwards. As my neighbour was becoming noisy at night, I went and asked her kindly to be quieter. I then thought that the situation would be back to normal but she was noisier than ever. I tried to understand this drastic change and I discovered that my neighbour was a prostitute. I then made it clear that I was not finding fault with her activity, I only wanted her to respect my need for peace and quiet. As all my efforts to make her see reason were fruitless, I had to appeal to the hostel manager who listened to my grievances with only half an ear. As a last resort I went to see the police for breach of the peace at night. Sadly, they would not believe me when I started to explain the situation. They asked me to give them proof of my neighbour’s being a prostitute, although I had made it clear I was not coming to expose her but I only wanted peace and rest. I went back home feeling desperately lonely and defeated.

Everything gave me to understand that my neighbour had connections in high places.

They resort to these wicked machinations because, sadly for them, I am a respectable citizen with an unblemished character and so they can find nothing in my life to provide them with a source of scandal. They must therefore resort to methods which have no regard for truth and decency.

Again, it is singing the same old tune: LIE ! Lying is the cornerstone of organized stalking. It’s become part of everyday life nowadays to accuse anyone undesirable of paedophilia. Moreover, insulting comments and snide digs at my ethnic origin and skin-coulour are part of my stalkers’ weaponry.

I was an easy prey, I just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I did NOT do anything wrong, my only “crime” was I unintentionally exposed a crime, I was unwittingly a troublemaker. I upset, disturbed and got in the way of, an entire mafia ring of prostitution, without meaning to.

I eventually carried out a long, thorough investigation discreetly and under cover, like a real private detective. I met lots of people even remotely connected with the problem, I read hundreds of mindcontrol victims’ accounts and countless experts’ books and articles and the really good thing is I am in possession of evidence and testimonies. I have material witnesses, eyewitnesses and character references. There are not many of them but they are reliable and respectable.

To cut a long story short, I left the workers’ hostel in March 2004 but I AM UNTIL THIS DAY A TARGET FOR ORGANISED STALKING, DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS, NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS AND ELECTRONIC TORTURE.

The general public is still ignorant of these weapons mistakenly called “non-lethal”.

THERE IS MASSIVE IGNORANCE AND SECRECY REGARDING THESE TECHNOLOGIES. THE PERPETRATORS OF THE ATROCITIES REMAIN UNPROSECUTED. … Everything is staged to make us (victims) look unbalanced and delusional. Although I was and still am perfectly aware that there’s nothing the matter with my physical & mental health, I had OF MY OWN VOLITION 8 complete checkups between 2004 and 2007. I investigated my own health situation thoroughly mainly to put my next of kin’s mind at ease and to please some good friends of mine who wrongly feared for my sanity.Schizophrenia, paranoia, persecution mania and God knows what, NOTHING OF THE KIND!

I can also assure you that I am FAR FROM developing a problem in my perceptions. When I was taken against my will to a psychiatric hospital (illegal internment,obviously), it did not take the hospital staff long to see that I was totally sound in mind and body. Only the psychiatrists pretended not to see it. I understood only much later that that was part of the whole “staging” too.

I am appealing to you to take this matter very seriously and consult with experts about these technologies and tortures. As you are well aware, so-called Non-Lethal Weapons are openly being developed by NATO countries. By writing you I hope that you will acknowledge my protest, aid in raising public awareness and legally support my appeal for justice. I cannot accept that this is an injustice for which there is no known remedy.

I am pleading for your help to be released from these atrocious cybernetic shackles! Please address the pleas of all victims by ending all forms of electronic genocide.

On July 10, 2026, Department of War issued a Press Release:
Under the direction of the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research & Engineering, the Department of War officially renamed the Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI) Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to the Directed Energy Bio-Effects (DEBE) CFT, while the team continues to facilitate the multifaceted implementation of enduring processes, procedures, and capabilities.

The Department is fully meeting Congressional intent regarding non-kinetic threats by applying a more dedicated warfighter and medical focus to this mission and expanding collaboration with interagency partners to coordinate vital research efforts. The Department is prioritizing the care of affected personnel and has disbursed nearly $3 million in compensation, representing the first HAVANA Act payments made under any presidential administration.

The Department will continue to emphasize transparency and scientific integrity to achieve validated outcomes, improve care for affected individuals, and adapt to a dynamic operational environment. These steps toward normalization will accelerate integrated CFT and partner component initiatives.

In Summary:

The United States Bought the Havana syndrome weapon for 8 figures. They say that it might exist.

January 2026 brought multitudes of news agencies reporting that the government had quietly acquired a device in late 2024 that officials believe may be connected to Havana syndrome-like effects. The device was reportedly purchased by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), a division of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), using Pentagon/Department of Defense funding in an undercover operation, with a price tag in the eight-figure range. Described as a portable backpack-sized unit, containing components of Russian origin, and emitting pulsed radio frequency energy. The Pentagon has reportedly been testing the device for over a year, exploring whether it can reproduce the effects described by Havana Syndrome victims. U.S. officials have briefed some findings to congressional oversight committees, but details remain classified or tightly held.

This is the first publicly reported instance of the U.S. government obtaining a concrete physical device that some investigators think could plausibly generate Havana like symptoms. This being directly intersecting with the dissenting IC view that a “novel weapon or prototype device” might exist. If we have to question the devices existence at this point in time there is a problem.

On January 15, 2026, the House committee on Homeland Security’s Republican leadership announced an investigation into DHS’s acquisition of this alleged Havana syndrome linked device. The scope of the inquiry was poinient. They wanted answers. How was this device procured? How much did we pay for it? What were the results of a year long testing of the device? What operational or analytical purpose did DHS have for purchasing it?

They reference ODNI assessment: The majority of the intelligence community says it is “Very Unlikely” a foreign actor used a novel weapon, but note that two agencies directly involved dissented, leaving open the possibility of a foreign developed device. They highlighted reporting that HIS acquired the device using funds allegedly sourced from the Department of Defense.

Countless millions across the globe, officials and family members have reported Havana like symptoms since 2016. Some victims have had symptoms severe enough to leave their jobs, others report long-term neurological issues, sleep problems, memory loss, hearing loss, or suicide. Many victims say they felt ignored, marginalized, or disbelieved for years, paying out of pocket for specialized care and struggling to get official recognition of tailored treatment. Congress has previously passed legislation to compensate and support some victims, but the tension remains: The government’s official line is cautious and divided, while many affected individuals are convinced they were harmed by something external and possibly hostile.

The Intelllegence community majority still leans away from a foreign weapon explanation but dissenting agencies and new device testing keep that hypotheses alive. Surely the results of the testing for the past year has shed some light as to whether the device works or does not. The Biden administration purchased a pulsed energy weapon suspected of being the type that may have caused “Havana Syndrome” which caused a series of mysterious ailments for U.S. diplomats and government workers in Cuba.

The weapon was bought at the end of the Biden administration and has since been tested by the Pentagon, Fox News has learned. House Republicans are demanding answers amid reports of the purchase of the device.

In a letter to Homeland Security Kristi Noem, House Committee on Homeland Security Chairman Andrew Garbarino, R-N.Y., is asking for information on the procurement process for the weapon, its costs and the findings associated with its year-long testing related to Havana Syndrome, officially known as Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI).

“The device in question is described as capable of producing pulsed radio waves and containing Russian components, though it is supposedly not entirely Russian in origin,” the letter states. “Following HSI’s successful acquisition of the device, it was reportedly transferred to DoW, which spent more than a year testing the device and its capabilities.”

Some U.S. intelligence agencies have said a foreign adversary could be behind the mysterious ailment.

Fox News Digital previously reported that Adam, a former government employee whose identity Fox News agreed to protect, is considered to be “Patient Zero.”

He was first attacked in December 2016 while living in Havana on assignment. During his time on the Caribbean island, Adam experienced multiple attacks and described pressure to the brain that led to vertigo, tinnitus and cognitive impairment.

“While assessments from the Intelligence Community (IC) do not conclusively identify the factors causing AHIs or any foreign actor responsible, an assessment from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) presented a majority view concluding that it was ‘very unlikely’ that a foreign actor ‘used a novel weapon or prototype device to harm even a subset of the U.S. Government personnel,’ with five out of seven agencies agreeing with that assessment,” Garbarino wrote in his letter.

“However, two agencies dissented from the majority view and assessed that there was a chance that foreign actors may have developed some sort of ‘novel weapon or prototype device’ that could have harmed U.S. personnel,” he added.

However, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) released the report and held a background call with reporters on Friday explaining that new reporting “led two components to shift their assessments about whether a foreign actor has a capability that could cause biological effects consistent with some of the symptoms reported as possible AHIs.”

“This shift consequently led two IC components to subtly change their overall judgment about whether a foreign actor might have played a role in a small number of events,” the agency said.

(NewsNation) — Directed Energy Weapons can cause significant damage to humans, but potential countermeasures are being developed to help protect the public, says neuroscientist James Giordano.

Giordano helped investigate “Havana Syndrome” cases in which U.S. diplomats and intelligence officers complained of mysterious debilitating injuries while serving in foreign countries. The incidents spurred debate over whether adversaries were using invisible energy beams, a concept once met with skepticism.

“It’s not fictional, fantasy ray gun stuff. The technology exists, and it exists at a point that can be weaponized,” Giordano told “Katie Pavlich Tonight” on Thursday.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth recently disclosed the Pentagon had successfully tested DEWs against drones. Although the new weapons are considered a cost-saving alternative to using missiles, observers worry that, as with drones, the technology could be harnessed by bad actors to devastating effect.

Giordano said there is evidence that DEWs, which can be mounted in backpacks or vehicles, have been used domestically. But he said systems are being developed to detect and neutralize directed energy attacks.

The latter variety would work “by blocking the actual signal in the wave,” Giordano said, while another option is to produce garments that can deflect the energy.

Also important, he added, is to be able to detect whether a person has been hit with directed energy, “so that individuals can be treated early, promptly and continuously, as needed.”

The U.S. Department of Defense has been secretly testing a device that emits pulsed radiofrequency energy, technology long suspected to be linked to Havana Syndrome, according to a CNN investigation published Tuesday. The device was reportedly acquired during the Biden administration by a division of the Department of Homeland Security and tested for more than a year without public disclosure.

A former CIA officer who suffered Havana Syndrome symptoms during a posting in Africa in 2021 told Whale Hunting that she had heard roughly a year ago that the Pentagon was testing a weapon capable of producing such effects. According to multiple sources, the device was purchased by Homeland Security Investigations, an investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security, for an eight-figure sum. The device reportedly contains Russian components and is compact enough to be carried in a backpack.

Mark Lenzi, a State Department Security Engineering Officer who was repeatedly targeted while stationed in Guangzhou, China, told Whale Hunting he was also aware that the U.S. government had been testing a device associated with Havana Syndrome, though he had not known the cost was so high.

Mark Zaid, an attorney representing dozens of Havana Syndrome victims, told us the CNN reporting aligns with what he has been hearing privately for years.

“As attorney for nearly three dozen federal victims, mostly from within the Intelligence Community, of Anomalous Health Incidents, I can confirm that I had the same information of USG possessing one or more such devices—from different sources,” Zaid wrote on X.

Zaid added that U.S. intelligence agencies, particularly the CIA, have repeatedly argued that no such technology existed. “Now their entire analytic assumptions have been blown up—i.e., they lied,” he said.

At Whale Hunting, we have previously reported that to induce neurological effects or disrupt inner ear balance organs, you need a lot of energy delivered to the target’s head. Laboratory experiments indicate that microwave pulses in the frequency range of ~1–10 GHz can cause the Frey auditory effect at peak power densities on the order of hundreds of mW/cm² at the point of contact. An analysis by experts concluded that to have an effect at 50 meters distance, a device would likely need to emit microwave pulses with megawatt-level peak power and use a high-gain antenna to focus the beam.

We have used technical specifications and expert input to model what a potential Havana Syndrome device could look like. None of these renderings are definitive. But investigators argue that to identify such a weapon, it is necessary to hypothesize what form it might take.

Recent events have intensified public scrutiny. Following last week’s U.S. capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, a Venezuelan security guard described in a video—widely circulated on social media and amplified by the White House—being struck by what he called an “intense sound wave,” causing nosebleeds, vomiting, and collapse among those present.

Unfortunately, things started to change from mid-January 2004 onwards. As my neighbour was becoming noisy at night, I went and asked her kindly to be quieter. I then thought that the situation would be back to normal but she was noisier than ever. I tried to understand this drastic change and I discovered that my neighbour was a prostitute. I then made it clear that I was not finding fault with her activity, I only wanted her to respect my need for peace and quiet. As all my efforts to make her see reason were fruitless, I had to appeal to the hostel manager who listened to my grievances with only half an ear. As a last resort I went to see the police for breach of the peace at night. Sadly, they would not believe me when I started to explain the situation. They asked me to give them proof of my neighbour’s being a prostitute, although I had made it clear I was not coming to expose her but I only wanted peace and rest. I went back home feeling desperately lonely and defeated.

Everything gave me to understand that my neighbour had connections in high places.

They resort to these wicked machinations because, sadly for them, I am a respectable citizen with an unblemished character and so they can find nothing in my life to provide them with a source of scandal. They must therefore resort to methods which have no regard for truth and decency.

Again, it is singing the same old tune: LIE ! Lying is the cornerstone of organized stalking. It’s become part of everyday life nowadays to accuse anyone undesirable of paedophilia. Moreover, insulting comments and snide digs at my ethnic origin and skin-coulour are part of my stalkers’ weaponry.

I was an easy prey, I just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I did NOT do anything wrong, my only “crime” was I unintentionally exposed a crime, I was unwittingly a troublemaker. I upset, disturbed and got in the way of, an entire mafia ring of prostitution, without meaning to.

• Please provide information on the most recent developments and applications of
  neurotechnologies [3.1] and other emerging technologies in the administration of justice, both
  civil and criminal. This includes both invasive and non-invasive neurotechnologies developed or
  used in this context.
  In terms of neurotechnology and emerging technologies, there is a notable acceleration
  characterized by the convergence of artificial intelligence (AI), bioengineering and big data.
  For example, in the criminal field, in the United States, predictive policing software based on
  behavioral data is widely used despite mixed results and significant biases, including an
  overestimation of crimes in poor neighborhoods.
  This software uses artificial intelligence to anticipate crime by analyzing patterns of human activity.
  This approach focuses on individual profiling.
  The use of these tools aims to identify “at-risk” individuals before they commit the act and to
  optimize police patrols.
  Software such as COMPAS and PredPol (currently known as “Geolitica”) have been used to identify
  criminal trends or assess the risk of recidivism.
  As for the use of biometrics in the administration of justice in the civil field, we can name the
  deployment of facial recognition to streamline the passenger journey (check-in, baggage drop-off,
  boarding) and strengthen security at airports.
• Please indicate the regulatory framework for the development and application of
  neurotechnology and other emerging technologies in the administration of justice, both civil and
  criminal. In this regard, please indicate whether the existing regulatory framework has been
  amended to allow for the use of neurotechnology and other emerging technologies, or whether
  specific regulations have been adopted to this effect.
  There are a few key regulations for neurotechnology and other emerging technologies, including:
  The European Artificial Intelligence Act of 2024, which classifies AI according to the risks it poses.
  “Unacceptable risks” are prohibited. Included in these are the deployment of subliminal,
  manipulative, or deceptive techniques to distort behavior and hinder an individual’s informed
  decision-making. Such systems can also be used to create social rating systems. “High-risk” systems
  are permitted. This category covers AI systems such as remote biometric identification and those
  intended to be used for emotion recognition. The obligations in this category are incumbent on the
  providers (developers) of such services, and most of the legislation deals with these risks. The law
  also recognizes “limited risk” and “minimal risk” AI systems. Unfortunately, this law says nothing

about other neurotechnologies such as implants, directed energy weapons (DEW) or brain-
computer interfaces (BCI).

The Havana Act of 2021, passed by the U.S. Congress, aims to compensate diplomats, military
personnel and CIA agents who suffered unusual cognitive and neurological disorders known as
Havana Syndrome, while serving abroad from 2016. These disorders originated in directed energy
weapons developed, among others, by the U.S. armed forces and private companies, known as the
Active Denial System1
.

In 2021, the Chilean Senate unanimously passed a bill amending the Constitution to protect brain
rights or “neurorights”. This legislation concerns mental integrity, free will and non-discrimination
in citizens’ access to neurotechnologies, and aims to protect the population against the potential
abuses of these technologies, as well as artificial intelligence. Its goal is to give the status of an
organ to personal neural data, making it an integral part of the organ so that it cannot be tampered
with or manipulated.
In 2015, the city of Richmond, California, passed a resolution supporting the Space Preservation
Act of 2001 and prohibiting the use of space weapons against objects or people in orbit or on
Earth2
. The resolution aims to support people who identify themselves as “Targeted Individuals”
(TIs) and who claim to be under attack by space technologies, such as microwaves and implanted
microchips. Research and development of such weapons, as well as their manufacture, are also
prohibited3

. Our Vice-Chair, Mr. Derrick Robinson, represented our members at this hearing as a

witness in support of the application.

• Please indicate how the protection and processing of neural data [3.2] and biometric data
  [3.3], which provide indirect information on neural activity, are guaranteed and legally enforced
  in the administration of justice, both civil and criminal.
  According to Chile’s 2021 constitutional reform, the law requires specific protection of brain
  identity as well as the information derived from it. In addition, it gives brain data the same legal
  status as a human organ, prohibiting its sale, trafficking, or manipulation.
  The state of Colorado also legislated on the protection and processing of neural data in 2024. The
  law applies to all neurotechnologies aimed at non-medical commerce, such as leisure or academic
  or professional performance. The Colorado Privacy Act already guarantees the protection of
  fingerprints, facial images, and other sensitive biometric data.
  David Fratus v. Utah Department of Corrections, 1995. In 1988, the plaintiff, then incarcerated in a

Utah prison, claims to have been the victim of strange experiments of torture and remote-
controlled electronic brain punishment, using unknown technology. He details hearing high-
frequency sounds, voices, and suffering from mental disorientation for more than

eleven months. He discovered articles on electromagnetic weapons and radiation that explain
some of his experiments. However, one major experience, that of hearing voices in his head,
remains unexplained.

Headaches, intense pain, cognitive disorders and memory loss.

Dozens of US officials based in Havana, Cuba’s capital, were struck with the symptoms in 2016 after they reported hearing unbearable noises inside their heads.

In the years that followed, corroborated tales of the mysterious symptoms spread among officials, with more than a thousand US spies, diplomats, and their families reporting they had been affected, from the White House to Beijing.

The condition quickly became known widely as Havana syndrome, a nod to its roots, and the cause is still being debated. From pesticides to acoustic weaponry, US intelligence chiefs have been scratching their heads, repeatedly ruling out involvement of a foreign power as the cause.

However, new evidence has tested that conclusion, suggesting that sonic weaponry created and deployed by a shadowy unit of Russia’s GRU intelligence agency was probably behind it. But as those first reports of these unexplained symptoms were coming in from Havana, UK intelligence agencies were secretly trying to find their own answers, and it seems they’re no more certain than their US counterparts.

Today, i can reveal that during that same year that US officials first started reporting concerns, UK intelligence conducted a series of tests in collaboration with an experimental arm of the Ministry of Defence.

Working with the Defence, Science and Technology Laboratory, analysts at the UK’s foreign intelligence agency, MI6, conducted trials to determine if there was sonic weaponry capable of inflicting symptoms replicating Havana syndrome, a source with knowledge of the experiments told i.

The trials tested the likelihood that such weaponry could be used and targeted against officials by hostile states. The results showed that the technology was possible, but not necessarily plausible, splitting opinion among technicians, according to the source.

“I remember the [intelligence] community being split over whether this was a real capability or not,” they told i. “Trials proved that it was possible, but unlikely given the kind of power that was needed.”

A second UK intelligence source said they remained “sceptical” as there are “far easier and more efficient” ways to attack targets.

On Monday, the Pentagon said that a senior US Department of Defence official attending the Nato summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, had also experienced symptoms similar to Havana syndrome last year.

But a study by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the US, published last month, said MRI scans had failed to detect evidence of brain injuries in dozens of US personnel who reported AHIs (anamalous health incidents, which is the formal name for Havana syndrome).

Despite the debate over the cause of the ailment, the Biden administration signed into law the Havana Act, which provides six-figure compensation for confirmed victims of the condition.

A US intelligence source claimed Russian intelligence had experimented a lot with sound weaponry, and that America had also previously tested the technology.

FBI agent claims to have been targeted by sonic weaponry
An FBI agent in charge of investigations against Russian espionage in the US has said they believed they experienced Havana syndrome in their home last year.
The law enforcement official, who i is not naming to protect their identity, claimed he believes he and his wife were targeted by sonic weaponry after they experienced severe intense pain in their heads at exactly the same time.
“The same tech that was used in Cuba was used against me and my wife,” he told i. “It was bizarre.”
The agent described lying in bed while experiencing an external force on his skull and intrusive thoughts, which his wife corroborated.
The FBI agent reported the incident to bosses at the agency but the incident was not escalated, as far as he is aware, he told i.

Last year, the CIA said publicly that the majority of documented cases did not have nefarious causes and were unlikely to be down to a foreign power.

The joint conclusion of seven US intelligence agencies was that “available intelligence consistently points against the involvement of US adversaries in causing the reported incidents”.

But the latest year-long investigation – by The Insider, 60 Minutes and Der Spiegel, claims to have “uncovered evidence” suggesting AHIs may have their origin in “the use of directed energy weapons” used by members of a Russian intelligence assassination unit.

It said Havana syndrome is potentially the work of Unit 29155, a notorious assassination unit within the GRU believed to be responsible for the 2018 attempt on the lives of Yulia and Sergei Skripal in the UK. They were poisoned with the nerve agent Novichok in Salisbury.

They survived but local resident Dawn Sturgess died after she came into contact with a perfume bottle believed to have been used in the attack.

Members of the unit have been rewarded in Russia for the testing of “non-lethal acoustic weapons,” according to the reports.

Russia’s purported involvement in the attacks was first circulated in 2019, when reports indicated that US intelligence officials considered Moscow as a leading suspect of attacks on staff overseas.

Those suggesting theories of Moscow’s involvement have been emboldened by the Kremlin’s own boasts.

In 2018, in his annual address to the nation, Vladimir Putin said “Russia has all reasons to believe that we are a step ahead” of other countries in creating “prospective weapons based on new physical principles”.

Years earlier, Russian Defence minister Anatoli Serdyukov had announced the development of weaponry based on new physical principles – including direct energy weapons, geophysical weapons, and psychotronic weapons – in Russia’s 10-year military procurement plan.

Responding to the latest reports of Russia being the cause of Havana syndrome, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peksov said: “This is not a new topic at all; for many years the topic of the so-called Havana syndrome has been exaggerated in the press, and from the very beginning it was linked to accusations against the Russian side.

“But no one has ever published or expressed any convincing evidence of these unfounded accusations anywhere. Therefore, all this is nothing more than baseless, unfounded accusations by the media.”

These are not isolated anecdotes; they form a pattern that strongly suggests the existence of an integrated program—Project Puppet—combining advanced surveillance, behavioral influence, and psychological torture.

We have historical proof that government agencies and contractors have engaged in non-consensual experimentation and covert psychological operations before. I am writing to urge you and the USA government to investigate the cover abuse and torture with remote voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control frequency technologies. 

I am a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, who was first attacked by such technologies in December 2001, when I was studying for a Master`s Degree in Australia. At the time I was unfamiliar with remote electromagnetic weapons which can control thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system. Eventually, I came to learn of these technologies that are being secretly used or covered up by governments worldwide to control and harass the populace.

Noticeable effects started with some noises (whispering voices) which I heard from the floor below me or from the neighbors’ houses. The other people who lived in the same house could not hear them. Soon I started to experience a wide variety of symptoms. 

Majority of the symptoms were: pain all over the body, stomach pain, toothaches, headaches, involuntary hand tremors, inability to stand firmly on legs, alternation of cold and hot sensations, excessive perspiration, high fevers, constipation, faece and piss incontinence, sexual harassment, sleep deprivation, dream manipulation, artificial emotions (induced fear, anger, shame, joy, hate, sadness), and manipulation of memory (forgetting/remembering/screen memories). Torturers also can make me say things (forced speech). All those symptoms would disappear without any medical treatment, or sometimes, a pain would persist, even if I had strong medication. 

I was like a little trapped marionette being controlled by invisible strings. Some unknown people held the strings and controlled my actions: speaking, walking, eating, sleeping, and even my thoughts and emotions. 

Since 2002, I travelled to many places to try to escape from the torture and harassment. I had been to Hong Kong, Thailand, China, New Zealand. When I was in Hong Kong in April 2002, my brain was controlled by voice-to-skull and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies, and I was taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong. (Details of the story can be read from my book: Twelve Years in the Grave.)

I am living in China now and still suffering the harassment and torture with these technologies. 

The proliferation of mind control technologies and their accompanying abuse and torture has become one of the twenty-first century’s greatest violations of human rights. Thousands of innocent victims across the globe have become activists for their freedom. We are demanding an international investigation into these crimes which constitute immense violations of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights. 

I have published my book “Twelve Years in the Grave – Mind Control with Electromagnetic Spectrums, the Invisible Modern Concentration Camp” to let the public know details of my story. I presented my paper “Mind Control with Electromagnetic Frequency” at the E-Leader conference held by China Fudan University and CASA (Chinese American Scholars Association) in Shanghai, January 5-7, 2015. 

Provided the fact that my brain was remotely controlled by voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies, and I was taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong, I urge the US government to take immediate actions to investigate my case. The following in addition to my 2 diary[ email contact details below for diary] is my story, I was sentence to pentonville in Jan 2005 whilst there I started to experience voice to skull electronic harassment as set out in my diary i.e names of Prison Officer being stated to me as prison officer A is your fancy and whilst this occur this was followed by intense pain of DEW electronic harassment i.e beams passed across bottom of feet and arms result intense hot also beams passed across lower back, head [swollen, I have pictures of head swollen by beams]and hip result INTENSE PAIN. Also occured beams were passed across genital until a discharge did occur and the names of prison officer harassing me would be repeated by The Pentonville Prison Authorities in London, as a victim of a technology I had not even heard of and as my attacker were the Prison Authorities in whose care I was entrusted by the state, I could not approach them for help as this would have resulted in more harassment, therefore what I decided to do was to keep a record of the harassment I was experiencing in the hope that once outside I will be able to ask a lawyer to request The Pentonville Prison Authorities to put a stop to the electronic harassment that they started, At present my case is with the Parliamentry Standards Ombudsman who have sent a complain note to the pentonville prison authority regarding their harassment against me, however The Parliamentry Ombudsman is request contact detail and story of other Prison Victim of voice to skull electronic harassment in order to complete their investigation which could lead to a parliament Law against Prison voice to skull electronic harassment therefore I would like to request all Prison victim of voice to skull electronic harassment to email me at yayajawara@yahoo.co.uk
